Emma has always had an interest in Animal Training so pursued  a degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare and then completed her honours degree in Animal Biology and Conservation.

She worked in both the rehoming department and the busy intake department where she worked with dogs to overcome behavioural issues such as barking and resource guarding so that they could find their forever homes.
